TEXTILE ARTIST - Annabel Pattullo has a strong affinity for the expressive mediums of drawing, painting and printing. She combines these with photographic images & hand printed fabrics to construct textile wall pieces in a layered and stitched style. She exhibits her work and undertakes private commissions. "I am fascinated by layering fabrics, revealing and concealing imagery. I build up a work section by section and often rework areas to see what develops, much as a painter would." Annabel is involved in developing Community Art projects and private workshops since moving to Freiburg, Germany in 2001. She works from her studio where she creates a range of printed cards and textile wall pieces. |
